Helping Customers Since 2007

Bright Oak has provided expert confidential debt advice since 2007. If your debts are causing you stress our friendly advisers can help you.

We also set-up and operate debt management plans. This debt management solution could help you to repay your debts at a rate you can afford.

We work with trusted partners who provide other types of debt solutions including an IVA or a protected trust deed.

We help customers who live in all parts of the UK and also customers who have relocated abroad with UK debts.

Debt Advice Team

All of our debt advisers hold the CertDr professional debt advice qualification.

We don’t operate a call centre where you’ll speak to someone different every time you call. We're a compact team and our customers work with a named adviser.

This approach builds good relationships based upon a detailed understanding of our customer’s financial situation, their concerns, and their hopes for the future.

Andrew Graveson founded Bright Oak in 2007. He’s been working in the UK debt advice and insolvency sector since 2005.

Phil Corfield joined Bright Oak in 2008. He previously held senior customer service and operational delivery roles in another sector.

Amy Jellings joined Bright Oak in 2008. She has a special insight into debt advisory work having previously worked as Team Leader within a bank’s debt collection department.

Regulatory

Bright Oak is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
