Bright Oak provides expert debt advice. If you’re worried about your debts, we can help you.

We operate debt management plans in-house. This debt solution could help you to repay your debts at an affordable rate. We work with trusted partners who deliver other types of debt solutions. These include an IVA or a protected trust deed.

We help customers who live in all parts of the UK. We also work with people who have moved to other parts of the world.

Debt Advice Team

We're a compact team. Our customers work with a named adviser. You won’t be dialling into a call centre and speaking to someone different on every call.

This approach builds good relationships with our customers. We can build a detailed understanding of your finances and needs.

Each of our debt advisers is CertDr (professional debt advice) qualified:

Andrew Graveson founded Bright Oak in 2007. He’s been working in the UK debt advice and insolvency sector since 2005.

Phil Corfield joined Bright Oak in 2008. He previously held senior customer service and operational delivery roles in another sector.

Amy Jellings joined Bright Oak in 2008. She has a special insight into our work, having previously worked as team leader within a bank’s debt collection department.
